Registration

All participants from Russia, whom the organizers have not contacted yet, and all participants from Japan should register on the registration system at the following link.
Payment method is bank transfer or credit card for Japanese participants, or by cash on-site.
If you need other payment method, please contact the workshop secretariat.
* Speakers from Russia, whom the organizers have already contacted, do not need registration.
* It is highly recommended that partcipants from Japan register during the period of early registration.
* If you select credit card payment, the travel agency will make a contact at a later date.

Early registration will be accepted until August 2, 2019.
Online registration will be closed on October 25, 2019.

Registration Fee

Late registation will be closed on October 25 for the reservation of workshop dinner.
The registration after that date will be accepted on-site only by cash.

日本側参加者の方は，参加登録時に，航空券・ホテル・ビザ申請代行の手配を当方に依頼していただくことが可能です．
ご自身で手配・申請されるよりもやり取りがスムーズになりますので，ぜひご検討ください．
ビザ代行申請には時間を要しますので，参加登録は早期登録期間中にお早めにお願いいたします．
（早期登録締切：8月2日 を目安としてください）
